I’m not really an expert on it, or anything. I only learned about it myself ... a couple of months ago, roughly? It was used in a war, but I don’t think the people who made it and ordered its use expected long term after-effects from it...

I suppose that wars do bring out that nature in people from time to time. I'd say I hope that it's nothing too painful, but I'm not sure how well the context lends itself to that.
