As I've said, I don't think that it matters whether someone's PHS blinked, because that was likely just to obscure Emet-Selch's team. It remains that a kill was still orchestrated.

I don't particularly like the sound of it but... if we're to be absolutely certain that everyone can come back, your team will need to decide if they are willing to orchestrate another kill.

At the very least... I ask you do not act this week, but rather next.
