From what I understand, it's related to your PHS icon blinking. Some team Leaders received information the week that we got trial wrong [rip kano] but it was only two of them, and they were different teams. So I wondered if it was related to the murders.
This past weekend, I asked someone else on Shima's team if their PHS icon was blinking and they confirmed it - along with someone else on a different team. Those Leaders received information about the Realm as well.... I think. One I'm still looking to confirm.
I also still need to verify that the Leaders receive the same information based on the timing [so from week to week], or if they're different.
