Mm, I did start spreading word about the deaths last week, but it apparently wasn't enough to get everyone on track today. I was thinking of the same - I wasn't sure why she had the dream, though. The only one of the Leaders who can influence dreams should be Goat, but that obviously wasn't Shima's team, and Goat wouldn't have any ability to know what happened.
