Ah - no.... I received new information that what happened to Hikaru didn't have to do with her nova splintering. But it sounds like all the Swans are certain that they no one confessed to killing Hikaru. So if no one else's PHS icon blinked, and the Swans are certain it wasn't them.... there might be an anomaly where whoever killed Hikaru didn't activate the notification for their team for some reason.
