I don't know which Leader originated the accusation—only that Swan relayed it.

Well, it does all seem a bit tense... it sounds as though someone believes that Virid was given the instruction to kill Hajime - and he did not resist.

We'll have to discern whether there's any truth in that.

How should we do that?

I've been gathering people I trust to tell me the truth and asking who their Leaders are - their Leader is more likely to be honest with them, after all.

I merely wish to seek out the motivation for why this is happening, and then discern whether it's worth the harm it causes.

No. It may have something to do with that Leader, with the extended universe, with the Realm, with memories...
