Though I do think that it would almost be more effective if there was a command structure. Hierarchy is annoying in most situation - but it's hard to deny its effectiveness in delegation and efficiency.

It would, but then all would need to agree to it. Otherwise, time is wasted attempting to organize those who prefer to do as they please, or who simply dislike taking those directions from the particular person giving them.

[he really can't say he would care to take direction from just anyone, either.]

Conflicting ideas on how to best manage such a structure could also prove to be a problem.

In truth there's no real way for it to be implemented, given the fact that any person who might be put in a leadership position is just as likely to kill as any other. Even if we put Archer, Jeanne, or perhaps Shiro in charge, I don't think that they'd hesitate to act as Shima did, under the conditions given.

So instead a collaboration system is best if we don't want to be led astray -

It's just ensuring that all eyes, ears and hands are effective in the tasks they handle.

It's an interesting group that the Realm has brought together, isn't it?

Though I've enjoyed meeting everyone, it's not as though we're particularly qualified to be solving mysteries such as these...

'Interesting' is certainly a word for it. Exhausting is another-- I do not know where some of them get their boundless energy. It has been a very long time since I was young myself, however.

I have a given name, yes... but it is traditional for members of the guiding Convocation to take the title of our seat as our own name, thus embodying our duty. My original name has not been used in quite some time.

I would not be angry, no, but for the time being-- I would not give it to you if you were to ask.
